At Dreamsville, I applied Strategic design techniques — helping the company on finding opportunities to build an ecosystem of products and services that would satisfy the customer segment needs.
I also designed and conducted co-designing workshops with retailers looking for a more sustainable product lifecycle focusing on circular economy.
I led B2B research and designed the service flow for a circular bedding service for hospitality.
This process went from the research, product lifecycle mapping, UX flow design, UI design of dashboard, sales funnel, product catalog design, and home page website design.
Direct collaboration with the marketing team to have efficient communication and customer engagement in all social media channels. I was working in English and Spanish.
At Veriff OÜ, I was an online identity verification agent. In parallel, I was conducting identity documents research.
As part of URBAniños®, I co-designed with children solving specific environmental issues in a vulnerable community. My roles were: Industrial Designer / Methodology designer / Co-designing workshops facilitator / Product designer 3D modelling, and Rendering / Concept validation.
