The Project

This was a UX excercise in which I had to create a redesign proposal for a flow from the Consorcio de Transportes de Madrid website.

The Madrid Regional Transport Consortium (CRTM) is a public company dependent on the Community of Madrid that manages and regulates multimodal systems of public transport in the Community on Madrid.

Last words

While carrying out this exercise I had to make assumptions and trade-offs in order to make progress and stick to the timeline. Here are a few of the constraints and trade-offs that I considered:

Usability testing: I did not have time to carry out user testing in this exercise. Ideally, I have liked to incorporate feedback from users on the designs through usability testing.
User persona archetype: It would be important to perform more interviews and surveys to validate the User Persona and to develop further archetypes.
Visual Design: The prototype displayed was based on a wireframing logic — it would be necessary to develop a Design System.
